About Swipr

Swipr is a home-services platform that connects customers with qualified independent service providers. We are currently onboarding a small initial group of residential cleaning professionals to serve customers throughout Scarborough.

About the Opportunity

Approved providers may receive residential cleaning opportunities through the Swipr Provider app. Providers operate as independent contractors, manage their own availability and decide whether to accept or decline available bookings.

This is not a salaried position. Swipr does not guarantee a minimum number of bookings, working hours or earnings. Booking availability depends on customer demand, service location, provider availability and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

- Complete accepted residential cleaning bookings professionally, safely and on time
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and other spaces included in the accepted booking
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize applicable surfaces
- Follow the service details and customer preferences provided for each booking
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately
- Communicate professionally with customers through the Swipr platform
- Update booking status accurately through the Swipr Provider app
- Respect customers’ homes, belongings, privacy and confidentiality
- Report service concerns, damage or customer issues promptly

Requirements
- Residential cleaning, hospitality or related experience is preferred
- Ability to travel to customer locations throughout Scarborough
- Reliable access to a smartphone capable of running the Swipr Provider app




- Reliable transportation to accepted bookings
- Access to appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment where required
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting and kneeling
- Solid attention to detail, organization and time-management skills
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English
- Authorization to provide paid services in Canada
- Willingness to complete Swipr’s identity and service-document verification process
- Willingness to review and accept Swipr’s Provider Agreement

Compensation and Scheduling Providers are compensated for completed bookings. Compensation may vary based on the service requested, property size, approved add-ons and other booking details.

Providers choose their availability and may accept or decline available bookings. There are no fixed or guaranteed weekly hours.

Application Process

- Apply through Indeed and complete the screening questions.
- Selected applicants will be invited to a virtual information and screening session.
- Applicants who wish to continue will complete secure onboarding through the Swipr Provider app.
- Swipr will review the required documents and notify applicants of their approval status.

Pay: $90.00-$150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 40.0 per week
