Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead our team to success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain high standards for food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.

Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, food safety, and customer service excellence
- Supervise and motivate staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a strong team
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards
- Monitor and update POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling accuracy
- Work closely with kitchen management to maintain quality standards
- Ensure smooth serving experiences by supervising bartending, hospitality services, and overall guest interactions
- Implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment and high performance




- Oversee special events and ensure proper setups, flawless execution, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to cover all FOH positions on a need to basis.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment
- Extensive food industry knowledge with hands-on experience in restaurant management or kitchen operations
- Strong background in food handling, safety protocols, and hospitality best practices
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Experience in interviewing and onboarding current team members to build a cohesive staff
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required
- Strong background in similar restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining and cocktail bartending.
