Duties

- Lead and supervise retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
- Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory control
- Oversee merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and pricing for maximum sales impact
- Coordinate recruiting efforts, conduct interviews, and support onboarding processes for new team members
- Develop training programs to enhance team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement
- Handle payroll processing, budgeting, and bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store visibility and foot traffic
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and store procedures

Experience





- Proven supervising or managerial experience within a retail environment with a focus on retail sales and store management
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, merchandising principles, and pricing strategies
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, sales management, and team leadership
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with marketing techniques, budgeting processes, and cash handling procedures
