We're looking for a passionate Seasonal Part-Time Retail Client Advisor to deliver exceptional in-store customer experience, while representing one of Alberta's most iconic brands in our Flagship location in downtown Calgary for the Holiday Season.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service and expert product guidance.
- Help customers find the right fit, style, and product solutions.
- Share Alberta Boot's heritage, craftsmanship, and product knowledge with confidence.
- Support daily store operations, including sales transactions, merchandising, inventory, and store presentation.
- Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing stock, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Support daily store operations during regular business hours, with occasional participation in merchandising, inventory management, special events, and operational activities before opening or after closing.
- Contribute to sales objectives and help create a positive team culture.

WHAT DO YOU NEED:
- 1+ years of previous retail, hospitality, luxury retail, sales, or customer service experience is essential.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for premium products, craftsmanship, fashion,



or Western heritage.
- Reliable, organized, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to confidently support multiple customers at the same time while maintaining a high level of service.
- A desire to continuously learn about Alberta Boot Co.’s products, services and customer experiences.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
