Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on gardening, landscaping, and horticulture products
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and inventory organization
- Assist customers with inquiries in multiple languages to ensure inclusive service
- Support landscape maintenance activities within the store or garden center as needed
- Process online orders and support e-commerce initiatives to enhance customer convenience




- Deliver excellent customer service by listening carefully to needs and offering tailored solutions

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm is key!
- Basic proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, or related fields is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers
- Organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to store upkeep
