As a Sales Associate, you’ll help create a fun, welcoming shopping experience while representing the Just Cozy brand. You’ll be responsible for helping customers find products they love, maintaining an inviting store environment, and contributing to the success of the team.

What You’ll Do

- Put the customer first, prioritizing excellent service while completing store tasks.
- Follow the Just Cozy sales process: Greet, Discover, Solve, Close.
- Approach customers with enthusiasm and create genuine, authentic interactions.
- Educate customers about our brand and products, including our exclusive designs, unique patterns and styles, fashionable looks, and affordable prices.
- Keep the store clean, organized, fully stocked, and well merchandised.
- Arrive on time for every shift, dressed according to the Just Cozy dress code and ready to sell.
- Follow direction from Store Managers and Keyholders to help achieve daily goals.
- Share customer feedback with Store Leadership.
- Help create a fun, positive, and welcoming environment for both customers and coworkers.




- Represent Just Cozy positively in the shopping centre and local community.

- A team-player mentality and willingness to go above and beyond.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset.

Experience preferred:

- Customer Service: 1 year
- Retail: 1 year
