Duties
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and create an exceptional customer experience
- Greet consignors warmly and create an easy and seamless consignment experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
- Assist customers with product selection
- Assist consignors in their consignment experience
- Maintain an organized and clean store & displays
- Handle cashiering duties accurately,
including processing payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or e-commerce platforms
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly in person, on the phone, email and on socials
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail sales processes
- Passion for fashion, consignment and working with humans
- Experience in merchandising to create or maintain appealing product displays that attract customers
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to multitask
