We are seeking a Part-time Retail Sales Associate who has experience in customer service and/or retail environments or experience. The individual we are looking for will be responsible for communicating with retail customers, assisting with purchases as well as collecting payments from customers. We're interested in hiring candidates with a wide range of experience who are motivated, hardworking team players. Students are also encouraged to apply.

Strong communication skills are essential.

Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service and greet customers as they enter the store.
- Answer customer questions about merchandise, prices, services, brands,



and promotions.
- Stay informed about Wills & Prior products, merchandise, and brand offerings.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process and help achieve store sales goals.
- Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient stockroom.
- Unpack, receive, and process incoming shipments.
- Support online order fulfillment and related store operations as needed.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Work flexible part time hours, including weekends.
- Collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.95-$19.60 per hour

Expected hours: 9.0 – 18.0 per week
