About the Opportunity

We are seeking Revenue Operations & CRM Systems Specialists with hands-on SaaS systems expertise to contribute to a complex systems alignment project. You’ll apply your experience in CRM ownership, revenue operations, data accuracy, reporting, and interconnected SaaS systems to help train next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required — your domain expertise and operational judgment are what matter.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze CRM, billing, and ticketing data to identify gaps between operational logic, system behavior, and established policies.
- Identify and document policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicate entities, permissions mismatches, and undocumented processes.
- Draft precise operational prompts and recommendations for handling complex or ambiguous scenarios across the SaaS revenue stack.
- Evaluate the desired state of underlying data and correct discrepancies to maintain logical consistency and data accuracy across systems.
- Document reasoning, including the rationale for changes made and decisions to leave specific areas unchanged.
- Apply strong operational judgment when rules conflict or changes may create cascading impacts across interconnected systems.
- Produce clear, thorough documentation suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assess operational trade-offs and provide structured recommendations for complex system and policy decisions.

Required Qualifications

- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer success operations, or SaaS implementation/onboarding with direct system ownership.
- Demonstrated ability to personally configure CRM systems,



including fields, workflows, validation rules, and permissions.
- Experience working with at least two SaaS revenue tools beyond the CRM, such as billing/subscription management, CPQ/quoting, ticketing/support, project tracking, or automation/integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM ownership, revenue operations, data accuracy, and operational processes.
- Experience assessing changes that cascade across interconnected systems and maintaining overall operational integrity.
- Ability to navigate and document grey areas, exceptions, and conflicting policies, particularly around renewals and entitlement changes.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with sound operational judgment when resolving complex system issues.
- Professional English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate reasoning, assumptions, trade-offs, and operational recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SaaS environments, particularly fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or complex multi-product organizations.
- Experience managing interconnected CRM, billing, support, CPQ, and automation systems.
- Robust background in documenting operational policies, system logic, and exception handling.
- Experience identifying and resolving data inconsistencies, duplicate records, automation issues, and permissions conflicts.
- Experience supporting complex SaaS implementations or multi-system operational environments.
