Become an essential member of Innisfil's Roads Team as an Operator I. This role involves operating various heavy equipment for road maintenance and emergency response in a collaborative municipal environment. Innisfil is looking for a dedicated Operator I focused on road operations.

You will leverage your experience with loaders, dump trucks, and other motorized equipment to maintain snowplow routes and respond to emergency situations. Your contribution will directly impact community safety and seamless road functionality. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance and repair work on roads and sidewalks
- Manage snowplowing and salt application based on conditions
- Respond to emergencies, including storms and floods
- Assist with equipment servicing and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members under supervisor's direction Requirements:
- Secondary school diploma or recognized equivalent
- At least three years in roads operation/construction
- Class “DZ” Driver’s License; “AZ” is an asset
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operations required
