Southbridge Care Homes in Port Hope, ON is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for part time roles on evening (3:00pm-11:00pm) or day (7:00am-3:00pm) shifts. Starting wage is at CAD 25.47 per hour, with duties including administration of medications, treatments and assessments in a long-term care setting.

The RPN will participate in multidisciplinary teams, uphold nursing standards, and support residents with compassionate, resident-centered care guided by College of Nurses of Ontario
