Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This role is responsible for generating and nurturing leads for office lease opportunities, conducting property tours, and guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process. Daily activities include managing inbound and outbound communications, preparing proposals and marketing materials, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and tracking systems.

The specialist collaborates with leadership to develop and execute marketing campaigns, analyze market trends,



and support tenant retention initiatives. The role also involves coordinating and delivering training or informational sessions for internal teams and partners to ensure consistent messaging and service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospective and current tenants professionally and effectively.
- Demonstrated Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive leasing activity, meet targets, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Experience in Training and coaching to support team development and ensure consistent application of sales and marketing practices.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate, office leasing, or related industries is an asset.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills, with attention to detail in documentation and communication.
- Ability to work in office in the Greater Toronto Area and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
