North Island Nissan is looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position supports the sales department with customer service, vehicle inventory, merchandising, administration, and day-to-day dealership operations.

This is a varied, hands-on role—not a sit-at-a-desk-all-day position.

What You'll Do

- Greet customers and help create a welcoming showroom experience.
- Support the sales team with appointments, paperwork, data entry, and daily tasks.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, organized, and ready for customers.
- Take vehicle photos, record kilometers, create window stickers, and maintain online listings.
- Use AI tools to create accurate and engaging vehicle descriptions.
- Assist with vehicle pricing and inventory merchandising.
- Complete monthly inventory audits, ensuring the lot, DMS, and website inventory match.
- Organize keys and help maintain the showroom, sales lot, and customer lounges.
- Scan and upload deal files for accounting.
- Perform data entry using dealership systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Drive vehicles between departments or dealership locations as required.




- Assist the General Manager and sales team with other duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, positive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with computers and learning new technology.
- A team player who takes initiative and follows through.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Dealership, CRM/DMS, administrative, or sales experience is an asset but not required.
