Overview Anytime Fitness is looking for an outgoing, people-first Sales Associate to join our team. You'll be the first face prospects and members see — greeting them, giving tours, and helping people take the first step toward a healthier life. Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome every prospect and member with a positive, friendly attitude
- Qualify prospects by learning their fitness goals and needs
- Lead personalized club tours highlighting amenities and programs
- Present membership pricing and close new sign-ups
- Introduce members to personal training, coaching options, and the AF App
- Handle front-desk duties: check-ins, phone calls, payments, and general member support
- Follow up with leads and maintain an active prospect pipeline
- Ask new members for referrals to keep growth going
- Support member retention through renewal conversations and periodic check-ins
- Maintain a clean, tidy,



and welcoming facility — wiping down equipment, restocking supplies, and cleaning of common areas, locker rooms, and washrooms throughout the shift
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to management promptly
- Maintains a safe, tidy and clean work area
- Performs other duties as required

Experience

- No prior fitness industry experience required — we'll train you on our systems and sales process
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is an asset (front desk, hospitality, or similar people-facing roles)
- Experience handling cash/POS transactions is a plus
- A genuine interest in health and fitness is valued more than a certification or gym background
- Prior experience balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace (multitasking between phones, walk-ins, and admin work)

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
