- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts

- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Requirements

- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
- Customer service experience demonstrating patience, professionalism, and active listening
- Organizational skills to keep merchandise displays tidy and inventory well-managed
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly through tasks, and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
