Job Overview

Seeking a Part-Time individual to join our Sales Associate team. This position will require you to engage with customers, provide sexual health advice and deliver outstanding customer service.

Duties

- Greet customers and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays and organized shelves
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for efficient cash handling and transactions
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory levels and restock merchandise
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries
- Support cashiering duties, including cash handling, processing returns, and balancing registers at shift end
- Organize the sales floor to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace for shoppers




- Must be 19 years of age or older

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Customer service experience that demonstrates patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately and performing cash register operations
