Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately, handle cash, credit card transactions, and process returns or exchanges with precision
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about features, benefits, and technical specifications to encourage sales
- Upsell complementary products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize product placement
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor remains clean and inviting
- Use effective phone etiquette to answer inquiries, provide product information,



and direct customers or vendors as needed

Experience

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Demonstrated technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus
- Strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to explain complex product features clearly are essential
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and qualified phone etiquette
