Overview

This part-time position is for a Pool & Spa Retail Associate responsible for customer service, cashier duties, water testing, basic chemical handling, able to lift 50lbs. The position includes answering phone calls and responding to customer emails. Pool knowledge is an asset, but full training will be provided. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and comfortable in a hands-on retail environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Experience:
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Duties Customer service - Assist customers in-store with product questions and pool care guide.

Cashier & POS - Process transactions accurately and maintain a balanced till.

Phone & Email Communication - Answer incoming calls,



respond to costumer emails, book services, and provide information

Retail Operations- Stock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and support inventory management.

Requirements

- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Comfortable handling pool chemicals with training.
- Robust communication skills for phone and email interactions.
- Reliable, and able to work part-time shifts.
- Retail or cashier experience preferred.
- Pool knowledge is an asset but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
