Role Description The Sales Broker role at HCC is a full-time remote position responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering brokerage services that align with client needs. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting virtual consultations, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating terms to close sales.

The Sales

Broker will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, provide ongoing client support, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.



The role also involves staying current on market trends and product offerings, participating in training sessions, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated strength in Customer Service and client relationship management.
- Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate, with the ability to navigate complex transactions.
- Proven track record in Sales, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Background in Training or coaching, with the ability to guide clients or colleagues through processes.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with solid time management and self-organization abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software.
- Relevant professional licensing or certifications (where required by jurisdiction) and prior experience in a brokerage or sales-focused environment are preferred.
