Sales & Customer Support Representative – Full Time (On-Site)
Location: 606 Rivermede Road, Concord, ON
Employment: Full-Time (3-Month Probation)
Hourly Pay: $20-$22 (Based on experience)

Grey Goat Hardware (GGH) is a Canadian leader in glass and architectural hardware, known for quality, innovation, and reliable service. We’re growing fast and looking for an In-House Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our team at our Concord Head Office.
What You’ll Do
- Call existing and prospective customers .
- Share information about GGH products, promotions, and services.
- Book follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team.
- Keep accurate notes in our CRM system (training provided).
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to support customer growth.
- Help with Inbound calls when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or call center preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of daily outbound calls.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
