We are currently looking for a dependable, organized, and driven individual to join our team in supporting both our Sales Manager and Operations Manager.

Position Overview

As a Landscape Sales & Estimating Assistant / Junior Landscape Architect, you will play a vital role in supporting business growth. This versatile position bridges sales support, accurate estimating, and client communication with hands-on application of design and landscape architecture skills. You will work directly with clients, prepare detailed proposals, and assist in driving projects forward from initial contact to closing.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in estimating, sales, or landscape design who enjoys a dynamic mix of office work, design input, and field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed landscape quotes and estimates using field measurements, notes, and site assessments.
- Assist in managing sales leads, tracking prospects from initial inquiry through final follow-up.
- Draft clear, professional email communications and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Attend client meetings alongside the Sales Manager, providing transit support when necessary.
- Safely operate the company vehicle to and from site consultations (valid G or G2 license required).
- Take accurate notes during consultations, gather project scope details, and assemble client proposals.




- Represent the company professionally on solo site visits and consultations when needed.
- Perform regular phone and email follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships and move sales forward.
- Utilize design concepts and landscape architecture knowledge to enhance client proposals and presentations.

Skills & Qualifications

- Prior sales experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with project estimating, spreadsheets, or estimating software.
- A background or educational foundation in landscape design, drafting, or architecture (a robust asset).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Exceptional organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Valid G or G2 Driver’s License with a clean record and comfort operating company vehicles.
- Client-focused attitude with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Highly proactive and reliable, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
