We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager to join our team at Bannister Chevrolet Penticton. You should love being on the phone, creating deals, calling customers and be a follow up machine. If you enjoy making things happen, staying busy and turning opportunities into sales, we want to hear from you.

We are a busy dealership with a big used vehicle department, and we are looking for someone who enjoys being hands on, working with customers, making deals and helping build a great team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Create sales campaigns and generate booked appointments
- Follow up with customers daily and make sure no opportunity is missed
- Call every customer and stay on top of leads, prospects and opportunities
- Work directly with customers and the Sales Team to structure and close deals
- Work deals from start to finish while maximizing gross and customer satisfaction
- Appraise and structure vehicle trades




- Work closely with Finance to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Help build a positive, high performance sales environment
- Be hands on, lead by example and stay active on the sales floor

What We’re Looking For

- Previous automotive sales or Sales Manager experience
- Solid negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Someone who is organized, motivated and driven
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- A team player who wants to help build something great
- A valid driver’s licence
