Who you are

Experience

: Minimum 5 years of Automotive Sales Management with a proven track record

License

: Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.

Certification

: Valid VSA license.

Customer Skills

: Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.

Tech Skills

: Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook,



and CRM systems like Dealer Socket.

What your day will look like:

Performance Monitoring and Coaching

Monitor and analyze Sales Consultant performance, train and coach the sales team to meet sales targets.

Sales Support

Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and handling customer inquiries

Customer Interaction

Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by managing customer issues and escalations effectively.

Inventory and Product Knowledge

Stay updated on available inventory, product knowledge, finance options, and industry trends.

Metrics and Reporting

Measure and report sales metrics, monitor actual performance against plans.
