Allworld Packaging Supplies Ltd. has been supplying packaging products to businesses and individuals since 1988. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.

This role involves handling inbound sales, following up with customers, managing customer accounts, and supporting our front desk. The ideal candidate has packaging industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to recommend suitable products while providing excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packaging products.
- Prepare accurate quotations, enter sales orders, and follow up on outstanding quotes.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Reconnect with inactive customers and identify current sales opportunities.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate contact details, pricing, order records, and follow-up notes.
- Assist at the front desk with walk-in customers, purchases, and order pickups.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to confirm stock availability and arrange order preparation, pickups, and deliveries.
- Keep customers informed about product availability, lead times, and order status.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and follow through until issues are addressed.




- Recommend related products and suitable alternatives when appropriate.
- Support daily sales operations and work with the team to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Previous experience in the packaging industry is required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Knowledge of packaging products such as corrugated boxes, bags, tape, pallet wrap, and protective packaging.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional approach and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Strong attention to detail when preparing quotes, entering orders, and maintaining customer records.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests in a busy workplace.
- Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and sales or inventory software.
- Experience with Spire ERP or a similar system is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the sales, store, and warehouse teams.
- Dependable, punctual, and proactive about customer follow-up.
- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
