The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Order Processor to support our sales team and keep projects moving smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone who:

- Loves systems, structure, and getting the details right
- Enjoys working with data, products, and creative presentations
- Takes pride in being the person who keeps everything on track

You’ll play a key role in turning ideas into polished client proposals and ensuring every order flows seamlessly from quote to production. What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Building clean, professional product presentations for client proposals
- Preparing accurate estimates and pricing quotes
- Entering and managing orders within our system
- Reviewing product details, pricing, and quantities for accuracy
- Coordinating with suppliers to confirm availability and timelines
- Supporting the sales team with product sourcing and research




- Keeping order documentation organized and up to date
- Helping ensure a smooth handoff from quote to order to production

What We’re Looking For

- Strong attention to detail, you catch things others miss
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and online tools
- Clear, professional written communication
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through

Experience in sales support, customer service, or order processing is an asset, but attitude and work ethic matter more. Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience in promotional products, apparel, or branded merchandise
- Familiarity with CRM or order management systems
- Strong product research or sourcing skills
