Responsibilities

Our Sales Professionals will

- Assist and interact with customers to create luxury experiences that positively impact sales and service.
- Build customer relationships by creating a welcoming and gracious ambiance.
- Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring customers are greeted timely, assisted and have an exceptional memorable experience commensurate with the Bon Bon brand.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals.




- Acknowledge customer wants and needs through team-oriented dialogue and celebrate milestone events and use strategic selling skills to execute sales opportunities that create lifetime memories for our customers.
- Create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards.

We are seeking

- A minimum of 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
- Enthusiastic, friendly and well-groomed Sales Professionals with an exceptional work ethic.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to model efficiency and agility.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Ability to build brand loyalty.
- Ability to change watch batteries, straps, and adjust the size of the watch depending on our clients preferences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission, Permanent Salary: $15.00 per hour
