Revenue Operations is a newly built function at Amilia, reporting to the COO, responsible for connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance into one operating system across the customer journey. Salesforce is our system of record, and RevOps owns every tool that touches it.

What you can expect:

This is the first dedicated systems and tools hire inside RevOps. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, you'll own the tools the GTM team runs on, and make them actually work: configuring the objects, building the flows, wiring the integrations, fixing the data, and using AI-assisted development to move faster than a traditional admin queue allows.





Claude and Claude Code are already how this team builds, and you'll be expected to work the same way, not layer AI on as an afterthought.

You'll also help shape a function that's still being built: a RevOps team that already works AI-natively, with the tooling and the mandate to use it, not just permission to ask. It's a category-leading vertical-SaaS environment with real technical depth in the systems you'd be running.

You will be responsible for:

Salesforce Administration

- Declarative configuration: flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, profiles, reports, and dashboards.

- User and license management, security review, and the field-level hygiene that keeps Salesforce trustworthy as the system of record.

- Triage and close out the standing data-quality and config backlog (duplicate records, broken flows, permission gaps, stale automation), work currently split between the Director and an external agency.

- Partner with the Director on architectural decisions such as object-model changes and taxonomy rebuilds, and own the build, not just the ticket queue.

Marketing & GTM Tooling

- Administer the martech stack RevOps is responsible for: HubSpot (workflows, lead scoring, campaign operations), Chili Piper (lead routing), Propensity (ABM), Fathom,



RocketLane, CLM/quoting tools, and the sales-engagement and cadence tooling inside Salesforce.

- Keep every tool's integration back to Salesforce clean. Salesforce is the hub, so nothing you administer should create a parallel data store.

- Support tool evaluation and pilots: set up trials, define what “pass” looks like, and carry a pilot into permanent operation once it earns its place in the stack.

Data & Reporting Infrastructure

- Own the connective tissue between Salesforce, the marketing stack, and the reporting layer: keeping syncs, exports, and integrations running, and diagnosing them rapid with the analytics engineer when they break.

- Build, maintain, and simplify the Salesforce reports, dashboards, and light data pipelines RevOps and its stakeholders depend on day to day, and support the shift to our “source of truth” cloud data-lake reporting system as we build it out in 2027.

- Work alongside the data/analytics function on schema and warehouse questions without owning deep analytics engineering. This is the operational admin seat, not the data-architect seat.

AI-Native Systems Work

- Use Claude and Claude Code as a standard part of how you build and maintain configuration: SFDX metadata changes, bulk data fixes, scripted QA, and automation that a point-and-click admin workflow would make too slow or too manual to attempt.

- Bring judgment about what to automate and what not to. AI makes bad changes cheap to ship, so config changes still get scoped, tested, and reviewed like engineering work, not shipped straight to production.
