About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Specialists to contribute to a project focused on improving advanced AI systems. In this role, you will apply your expertise in Salesforce CRM, workflow automation, reporting, and CRM data management to help train next-generation AI models.

Your work will involve completing and evaluating real-world Salesforce workflows, documenting processes, reviewing CRM operations, and providing expert insights that help AI systems better understand business and sales operations. No prior AI experience is required — your Salesforce expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete and review realistic Salesforce workflows and business processes.
- Work with leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and other CRM records.
- Create, manage, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Configure and evaluate Salesforce Flow and workflow automation processes.
- Manage CRM data quality, organization, and record accuracy.
- Document Salesforce workflows, processes, and best practices clearly and accurately.
- Evaluate workflow outputs and provide detailed feedback based on real-world Salesforce experience.
- Identify common business use cases and operational scenarios within Salesforce.
- Support the creation of high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems.
- Collaborate remotely with project teams while maintaining documentation standards and quality requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Robust hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Experience managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and related CRM objects.
- Knowledge of Salesforce reports,



dashboards, and data management processes.
- Experience working with Salesforce Flow, automation tools, or workflow configurations.
- Strong understanding of sales, customer relationship management, or business operations workflows.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or related Salesforce certifications.
- Experience supporting sales operations, customer success, revenue operations, or CRM administration teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Experience implementing workflow automation and process improvements.
- Understanding of CRM governance, data quality standards, and user management.
- Experience creating training materials, process documentation, or workflow guides.
- Interest in AI, business technology, and process optimization.
