Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect
Job Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience to lead Salesforce platform assessments, define future-state architecture, and drive enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will own Service Cloud architecture, security model design, platform governance, scalability strategy, and capability rationalization while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce platform assessment and future-state architecture design.
- Lead Service Cloud architecture, case management strategy, Omni-Channel implementation, and Digital Engagement solutions.
- Design and govern Salesforce security architecture, including role hierarchy, sharing model, profiles, and permission strategies.
- Define platform governance, scalability, performance optimization, and best practices.
- Architect integrations and enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and integration patterns.
- Provide recommendations on Salesforce capability rationalization and platform optimization.
- Drive solution design across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Knowledge, Einstein, and Agentforce capabilities.
