Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and engage them with enthusiasm to create a welcoming shopping atmosphere
- Demonstrate jewelry products through engaging and informative product demos, highlighting features and benefits
- Assist customers with selecting jewelry pieces that suit their style and occasion, offering personalized recommendations
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Upsell additional jewelry items or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and ensure jewelry displays are well-organized and appealing




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Handle phone inquiries professionally using proper phone etiquette, directing calls as needed

Experience

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos enhances your ability to educate customers effectively
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
- Customer service background with a focus on building rapport and upselling opportunities
