iGuard360° Security is currently looking for reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team for Ad Hoc, Contractor Escort and Elevator Escort assignments at our high-rise condominium building in Downtown Toronto.

This position is ideal for guards looking for flexible, on-call opportunities and additional shifts. Assignments will be scheduled based on client and operational requirements, and hours are not guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide security escort for contractors, vendors, technicians, and other authorized personnel while on site.
- Monitor contractors while they are working in restricted or controlled areas.
- Provide elevator escorts and assist with monitoring elevator access during moves, deliveries, and contractor work.
- Ensure individuals remain within authorized areas and follow site procedures.
- Monitor access points and verify authorization when required.
- Maintain a professional security presence and provide excellent customer service.
- Complete detailed notes, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Immediately report security concerns, incidents, property damage, or unusual activity.
- Follow all site-specific post orders and iGuard360 policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in residential, commercial, and condominium environments.
- Ability to follow instructions and site-specific procedures.




- Must be available for ad hoc/on-call assignments, including weekdays, evenings, nights, and weekends as required.
- Previous concierge, residential, access control, or contractor escort experience is an asset.
