Functional lead for Dynamics 365 implementations: requirements, no-code configuration and business adoption. You will be the functional lead for implementations of Dynamics 365 for regional apprenticeship authorities — owning requirements, functional design and hands‑on no-code/low‑code configuration of both the Dynamics 365 back office and the Power Pages portals. You will run discovery workshops with business SMEs, translate mandates like provider funding, designation and capacity management into user stories and configured product, and lead UAT, training and adoption.

Requirements: 7+ years as a business analyst / functional consultant on enterprise software, including 4+ years configuring Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform (Dataverse). Proven functional lead on at least two full-lifecycle D365/Power Platform implementations, from discovery through UAT and go-live. Legally eligible to work in Canada; able to pass public-sector background/security screening.
