Nature's Fare Markets (Vernon, BC) is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a 24‑month contract to support Finance, HR, Learning & Development, and Commissary operations. You will optimize enterprise systems including Dynamics 365 BC, Avanti HRIS, TalentLMS, and related platforms, partnering with business leaders to align technology with strategic goals.

The role leads requirements, testing, deployments, and change management, acting as a Level 3 escalation point for complex incidents
