We are seeking an experienced Senior Compleat Developer to join our technical team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, enhancing, and supporting Compleat automation solutions while contributing technical expertise to the continued evolution of our development environment.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Operations, the Senior Compleat Developer will be a key member of our technical team, responsible for the development and ongoing support of Compleat automation solutions.

The successful candidate will combine strong Compleat development knowledge with GDS expertise and software development experience to create reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

This position requires a technically strong, self-motivated individual who enjoys problem-solving, works well both independently and collaboratively, and can effectively manage multiple development and support priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance Compleat routines and automation solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of applicable Compleat functions, workflows, system integrations,



and development capabilities.
- Analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into effective Compleat solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Compleat, GDS, PNR, workflow, and integration issues.
- Research and respond to support tickets and change requests.
- Thoroughly test and document functionality to ensure high-quality performance and maintainability.
- Follow established development standards and contribute to programming best practices.
- Collaborate with team members on development, troubleshooting, testing, and technical solutions.
- Attend and/or lead relevant meetings and conference calls.
- Monitor and advise team leadership of potential roadblocks, issues, and technical challenges.
- Stay current with Compleat functionality, GDS technology, development practices, and related technologies.

Required Qualifications

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in the travel industry, preferably within a travel agency or corporate travel management company.
- 3+ years of development experience with Compleat or a similar travel automation platform.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience using GDS systems, specifically Sabre.
- Demonstrated experience developing, supporting, and troubleshooting technical or automation solutions.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge and experience in:

- Compleat development and automation
- Compleat Routine Builder
- Sabre GDS
- PNR structure and processing
- Travel automation and workflow processing
- VB.NET
- ASP.NET
- Testing, troubleshooting,



and technical documentation

Experience with the following would be considered an asset:
- Amadeus or Travelport+
- GDS scripting
- XML and data mapping
- API integrations
- SQL or database querying
- Aqua or IQCX
- Other travel automation or mid-office platforms
