About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to key business units operating across the Northern Cape, based in Kimberley . This role requires a proactive leader who can partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives, drive talent management, and foster a high-performance culture. You will play a critical role in organizational development, employee relations, and change management, ensuring HR strategies contribute directly to business success in this unique provincial setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, advising on all people-related matters impacting business success in Kimberley .
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and effective resolution of grievances.
- Lead change management initiatives, facilitating smooth transitions and effective communication.
- Drive performance management processes, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.




- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant South African labour laws and regulations.

Requirements

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in progressive HR roles, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee relations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working in a distributed or remote team environment is beneficial.
