Secure Software is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations & Total Rewards to own compensation philosophy and architecture, total rewards, benefits, and HRIS infrastructure. The role drives AI enablement for People & Culture and partners with Finance, CRO, and GTM teams to scale toward $250M ARR.

You will lead a small team, shape global compensation and benefits, and build scalable people operations processes across multiple countries.
