Senior MuleSoft Technical Lead

We are looking for a Senior MuleSoft Technical Lead to lead the integration and orchestration layer connecting multiple internal and external banking systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on MuleSoft development and architecture experience , along with proven Commercial Banking domain knowledge .

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in L3 Solution Architecture discussions and own L4 Low-Level Design documentation.
- Lead the design and development of API-led integrations across System, Process, and Experience layers.
- Design and develop MuleSoft 4 / Anypoint Platform integrations.
- Build and support REST/SOAP APIs , message-driven and event-based integrations.
- Design secure, scalable, and high-performance integration solutions.
- Support Commercial Banking capabilities including Account Management, Payments, Access/Entitlement Management, Customer Communications, EFT, Bill Payments, and Cards .
- Ensure integrations meet enterprise architecture, security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Lead design walkthroughs, code reviews, and implementation activities.
- Work closely with Core Banking, Architecture, Security,



QA, and Delivery teams.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the MuleSoft development team.

Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a MuleSoft Developer / Technical Lead.
- Solid hands-on experience with MuleSoft Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform .
- Experience with API-led connectivity and orchestration .
- Strong understanding of System, Process, and Experience APIs .
- Experience creating L4 / Low-Level Design documents .
- Experience participating in L3 architecture discussions .
- Strong enterprise integration experience.
- Banking domain experience, preferably Commercial Banking .
- Experience with one or more of:
- Account Management
- Payments / EFT
- Bill Payments
- Access & Entitlement Management
- Customer Communications
- Cards
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.

Preferred
- Experience with core banking modernization programs.
- Experience integrating with core banking platforms.
- Experience with event-driven / message-based architectures.
- Knowledge of banking security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
