Bombardier is seeking a supervisor to lead a unionized manufacturing team of about 25 employees, with weekend 12-hour shifts (Friday to Sunday). You will plan operations, monitor productivity, quality, health and safety metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

You should have a college/university degree in a related field, at least five years of supervisory experience, strong planning skills, and bilingual communication abilities to thrive in a dynamic workplace.
