Sun Life is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist for a maternity leave contract. You will handle first-level escalation, HR policy administration, and operational processing for Payroll, Advantages, Leave, and Compensation across Canada, the US, Ireland, and Bermuda.

You will work with Workday and ADP GlobalView, focus on accurate processing, case management, and continuous improvement while delivering excellent internal client service.
