Brainhunter is currently seeking the services of a “Senior PMO Transformation and Capability Assessment Consultants ” for a contract prospect with one of our Valued Clients.

Contract Duration: 16 weeks with possibility of extension

Role Title: Senior PMO Transformation and Capability Assessment Consultants

Pay Rate Range: $80-90/hr INC

Urgently looking for experienced consultants who have previously delivered comparable assignments involving PMO transformation, project management qualification frameworks, competency assessments, and Project Management Centers of Excellence.

1. Engagement Lead – Minimum 15 years

- Must have substantial experience in project management governance, PMO/PMCoE development, organizational transformation, and competency-based qualification programs.
- Previous experience leading similar consulting assignments is essential.

Project Management Capability Assessment Specialists – Minimum 5 years

- Experience conducting structured PM competency interviews, reviewing qualifications and project experience, developing scoring matrices, calibrating assessments, and producing capability assessment reports.

1. Training and Competency Development Specialist – Minimum 5 years

- Experience designing competency frameworks, performing training needs assessments, and developing adult learning programs and training materials.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in nuclear, energy, major capital projects, engineering, or similarly regulated environments.
