The individual will be the Senior Product Scientist / Product Scientist of the Global Product & Marketing Team. The primary responsibility is to manage the product lifecycle from production to Go-To-Market strategy, and provide product and marketing support to global customers and collaborator, which includes but is not limited to:

Position Overview The individual will be the Senior Product Scientist / Product Scientist of the Global Product & Marketing Team. The primary responsibility is to manage the product lifecycle from production to Go-To-Market strategy, and provide product and marketing support to global customers and collaborator, which includes but is not limited to:

- Drive the execution of the enzyme and kinase product lifecycle processes, including product research, product development, product launch, market research, and roadmap development.

- Drive the strategic business planning and client-facing initiatives across cross-functional teams of the company

- Analyze and present products’ strength, weakness, competitors, requirements and sales performance.





- Provide support for marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and other promotional activities.

- Perform other product-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, or related field); PhD preferred.

- Familiar with recombinant proteins, enzymes, prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression systems. Hands-on experience on kinase protein expression and/or functional assay is preferred.

- Industry experience in product management and/or project management, preferably within the life sciences, biotechnology, or biopharmaceutical industry.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with scientists, customers, and cross-functional teams.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- English/Chinese bilingual is preferred.
