The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex high-rise and master-planned developments. This is a senior leadership role for a construction professional with a proven track record of managing multiple projects through the full project life cycle , from pre-construction and design through construction, commissioning, and final turnover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the full project life cycle for complex high-rise and master-planned developments, overseeing projects from pre-construction, design development, procurement, and construction through commissioning, occupancy, and final closeout.
- Provide strategic leadership to multidisciplinary project teams , including Project Managers, Site Superintendents, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent accountability and alignment throughout the project.
- Drive the successful delivery of large-scale master-planned developments , coordinating multiple buildings, infrastructure, site works, phasing, and construction packages while managing critical interdependencies across the overall development.
- Project performance across scope, schedule, budget, procurement, quality, risk, and stakeholder management , proactively identifying challenges and implementing strategies to maintain project objectives and key milestones.
- Act as a senior stakeholder leader , partnering with development teams, senior leadership, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and other project partners to resolve complex issues, drive decisions, manage risk, and ensure successful project delivery.

What You Bring

- Progressive construction and development experience , with significant experience managing high-rise residential, mixed-use,



or large-scale commercial projects .
- A proven track record of successfully managing multiple high-rise projects through the complete project life cycle , from pre-construction and design through construction, occupancy, and final turnover.
- Extensive experience leading large multidisciplinary project teams , with the ability to establish accountability, drive performance, and effectively manage internal and external project partners.
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale master-planned developments , including multi-building projects, complex phasing, infrastructure, site logistics, and coordination between concurrent construction activities.
- Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, risk management, change management, quality, safety, and construction operations .
- Proven ability to anticipate project risks, evaluate complex issues, and develop practical strategies that protect schedule, budget, quality, and overall project objectives .
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, development teams, consultants, contractors, municipalities, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders .
- Solid commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, commitments, changes, claims, and financial reporting on complex construction projects.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and complex project interfaces while maintaining a high standard of accountability and execution.
- A strategic, collaborative, and solutions-oriented leadership style , with a strong commitment to project excellence, team development, stakeholder relationships, and successful project outcomes.
