Your Role In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operational delivery of the project, ensuring that safety, technical, commercial, and managerial requirements are met throughout the entire project lifecycle—from bid to successful completion. Your leadership will be key in maintaining and improving profitability while fostering high-quality customer relationships.

Conduct contract reviews and prepare project-related reports.

Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and update business plans.

Demonstrable experience in mechanical building services within a construction environment.

Proven track record in managing high-value projects throughout their lifecycle.

Ability to obtain security clearance.
