Winchesters, a real estate investment and property management company, seeks a Senior Property Accountant to join the finance team in Toronto. The role oversees accounting for a portfolio of commercial and multi-family properties, including rent rolls, journal entries, and monthly reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of property accounting experience, robust Excel skills, and is pursuing a CPA designation. Yardi experience is preferred, and there is a base salary with bonus potential.
