The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to lead the field execution of complex high-rise and master-planned developments. This is a senior leadership role for a construction professional with a strong track record of delivering multiple high-rise projects through the full construction life cycle , from mobilization through turnover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the full construction life cycle of complex high-rise projects from site mobilization, excavation, shoring, and structure through building envelope, interior finishes, commissioning, deficiency resolution, and turnover. Minimum 15 years of high-rise construction experience with a proven record of delivering multiple projects through full completion.
- Provide hands-on leadership of site operations , managing construction teams, site staff, trades, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure work is coordinated efficiently and executed in accordance with project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Drive the successful execution of large-scale master-planned developments , coordinating multiple buildings, infrastructure, site works, phasing, and construction activities while managing critical interfaces and maintaining overall project sequencing.
- Field execution, schedule, safety, and quality , proactively identifying and resolving construction challenges, coordinating inspections and approvals, monitoring productivity, and implementing recovery strategies to maintain project milestones and turnover commitments.
- Act as the senior construction leader on site , partnering closely with the Project Manager, development team, consultants, authorities, and senior leadership to resolve complex issues, manage risk, maintain strong trade relationships, and deliver high-quality projects safely, efficiently, and to completion.





What You Bring

- 15+ years of progressive construction experience , with significant experience leading high-rise residential, mixed-use, or large-scale projects .
- A proven track record of successfully delivering multiple high-rise projects through the complete construction life cycle , from excavation and structure through occupancy and final turnover.
- Extensive experience managing complex construction sites and coordinating multiple trades, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders in quick-paced project environments.
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale master-planned developments , including multi-building projects, complex phasing, infrastructure, site logistics, and coordination between concurrent construction activities.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, site logistics, quality control, safety, building codes, inspections, commissioning, and deficiency management .
- Proven ability to anticipate construction challenges, develop practical solutions, and make timely decisions that protect schedule, quality, safety, and project objectives .
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively lead site teams, consultants, trades, and senior stakeholders.
- Experience working collaboratively with Project Managers, Development Managers, Consultants, Municipal Authorities, Architects, Engineers, and senior leadership .
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution and accountability.
- A hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style with a strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and delivering projects to the highest standard.
