This role encompasses total rewards program strategy, compliance, and stakeholder engagement from our Toronto or Brampton locations. Reporting to the Director of Benefits, you will support enterprise-wide total rewards programs.

Collaborate with the Advantages team to align programs with business and regulatory requirements while providing operational support. You'll drive process improvements and maintain metrics for wellness initiatives to enhance overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and govern group benefit plans and policy reviews
- Evaluate employee total rewards against market practices
- Implement process improvements and develop policies
- Support annual benefits budgeting and forecasting
- Investigate complex benefits issues and develop guidance Requirements:
- 2-3 years in total rewards or analytical roles
- Bachelor’s in a quantitative discipline
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
