Taproom Server – Rebellion Brewing (Regina)

We’re looking for people to join our crew as taproom servers.

This is a busy, loud, taproom where things move fast and expectations are high.

What you’ll actually be doing:

- Slinging pints, fast and accurately
- Taking orders, running food, clearing tables, resetting for the next wave
- Talking to customers like a human (not a script)
- Learning our beer and helping people find something they’ll love
- Handling busy shifts without falling apart
- Keeping things clean, stocked, and under control

What we’re looking for:

- You can handle pressure without getting flustered
- You move with urgency (standing still isn’t your thing)
- You’re reliable
- You’re comfortable talking to strangers and reading a room
- You take pride in doing things right,



not just getting through the shift

Bonus points:

- Previous serving or bar experience
- Knowledge of craft beer (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Serve It Right certification

The reality:

- All shifts available, including nights and weekends, but we really need Sun/Mon availability right now
- It gets busy
- You’ll make good money
