Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional customer service in a quick-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. Responsibilities

- Must have smart serve
- Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Prepare basic food items as needed, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen stations
- Assist with food handling and ensure proper food safety procedures are followed




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery

Experience

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Knowledge of food preparation, handling, sanitation, and safety standards is beneficial
- Strong math skills for cash handling and basic calculations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous kitchen or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
