Woodstock Ford is looking for a service advisor / Shop Dispatcher to join our team! You must be goal oriented, organized, have good communication skills, be a team player and have the desire to learn. You are the first point of contact for the customer at time of drop off and set the stage for each individual's experience with our dealership.

Responsibilities

- Check in customers daily for their appointments
- Record customers concerns to best ability
- Communicate technician’s finding to customer to help inform them on decision making
- Add / update detailed information on work orders
- Order any parts needed
- Schedule repairs with the shop for returning repairs
- Educate customers on future maintenance services/ recommended maintenances





Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- 1 year minimum experience in automotive service required.
- Experience with PBS system
- Comfortable with running multiple computer programs at once
- Must be flexible and able to work well under pressure
- High attention to detail and effective organizational skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills

Job Type: Full time Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
