Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Service Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the central point of contact for scheduling, coordinating, and managing service operations. Duties

- Coordinate service appointments by scheduling technicians and managing customer requests efficiently using transportation management systems.
- Communicate clearly with clients via phone and email to confirm appointments, relay updates, and address inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Work with our Parts/Warranty Coordinator to have the proper parts on hand to get the service work done efficiently.

Requirements

- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy




- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with professional phone
- Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic typing skills with attention to detail; experience with shipping documentation is preferred.
